Hi!

I just wanted to let you know how Teddy is doing.  We came back from our vacation this past Saturday, and Teddy did real well at the doggie B&B.  She said that he played, and played, and played!  :-)

Today, he had his first grooming appointment and did great.  I've been taking him with me when I run errands (when I can).  I want him to get used to driving in the car.  He is in a doggie car seat and, at first, didn't like it; that is, when the car seat was in the back.  Now that he's in the front passenger side of the car, he is enjoying the front window view and doesn't seem to mind the car seat as much.  What a surprise!  Now, who has who trained!!

We are enjoying him tremendously.  He really settled in and has become an integral part of our family.  Today, Teddy and I went for a long walk to visit friends.  He was so good . . . he just sat on my lap and took in the conversation.  He has wormed (pun intended  :-) his way into our hearts and everyone else who comes in contact with him.

Just want you to know that I bless your organization every day for allowing Teddy to become part of our lives.  He has been an absolute joy, as well as a lifesaver for me.  Yes, I still miss and grieve the loss of Spike, but Teddy took over where Spikey, unfortunately, had to leave off.  He reminds both of us of our dear Spikey when we first rescued him at about Teddy's age.  I am enjoying taking him with me, and we do a lot of snuggling.  This is one lucky doggie who will never have to worry about having a good life.

Thanks again.  Keep up the great work!

Sincerely,
<>Linda
